  • Exodus Project a pathway to re-entry is a special work of Saint Vincent de Paul. Exodus Project offers spiritually-based mentorship and resources to men and women of all faiths coming out of incarceration in the Sacramento Area. Resources include interim housing, employment services, clothing, and legal services. Exodus aims to be a bridge of support and compassion during the tenuous transition from incarceration back into the community. To learn more about Exodus Project and the work we do, please watch this video. And take a look at the Catholic Herald article highlighting the work of two of our mentors! Exodus Project is featured on pages 21-23.
  • Sacramento ACT- In collaboration with Sacramento Area Congregations Together (ACT), we are training community leaders to speak up for nonviolence, sending jail ministry teams into the jails and prisons located in our diocese, conducting community listening sessions, and advocating for restorative justice legislation at the state level.
  • Sacramento Just Peace (similar to CeaseFire)
